Project Background
When I joined the Jetpack team, I was tasked with designing a mural for the back wall of our space. Being given 100% creative freedom, I had no idea what could possibly cover such a large canvas. After several days of sketching, I decided on a concept that spoke to the core of our office culture.
Taking over a year of planning, the Jetpack mural contains over 50 custom illustrations that I designed and handpainted. The illustrations represent childhood games/memories, current nerdy obsessions, or just simply weird things we thought would be hilarious to paint on our wall. The mural serves as a centerpiece for the space and a talking point for clients and visitors.
